On June 25, 2025, at Zero | Radio Helsinki, architect and activist Joleza Koka joined Anjeza Llubani for a critical and thought-provoking conversation about Tirana’s ongoing transformation. As the city evolves with new developments, accelerated rhythms, and shifting priorities, the discussion asked: Who truly benefits from this transformation? Is urban development responding to the real needs of citizens, or is it deepening the city’s fragmentation?

Koka offered a sharp and reflective perspective on how Tirana is being reshaped, raising important questions around equity, inclusion, memory, and citizen participation.

Më 25 qershor 2025, në Zero | Radio Helsinki, arkitektja dhe aktivistja Joleza Koka iu bashkua Anjeza Llubanit për një bisedë kritike dhe reflektuese mbi transformimin e vazhdueshëm të Tiranës. Teksa qyteti ndryshon me zhvillime të reja, ritme të përshpejtuara dhe prioritete në ndryshim, diskutimi ngriti pyetjen: Kush përfiton vërtet nga ky transformim? A po i përgjigjet zhvillimi urban nevojave reale të qytetarëve, apo po thellon më tej fragmentimin e qytetit?

Koka solli një perspektivë të mprehtë dhe të menduar mbi mënyrën se si po riformësohet Tirana, duke ngritur pyetje të rëndësishme mbi barazinë, përfshirjen, kujtesën dhe pjesëmarrjen qytetare.
