With over 7,100 official languages spoken around the globe, it’s no surprise that most of them remain unfamiliar to many. Especially in radio, overlooking linguistic diversity is a missed opportunity. Hosts Zsanett Waldau and Kaja Kitzmüller set out on a mission to explore contemporary music through as many languages as a two-hour broadcast can allow, while offering insights into the languages themselves and the artists who perform in them.
This Music Mix features 22 songs in 25 different languages and dialects.
