So here is my invitation to you as we journey into this new year: Take on the mantle of the seeker. Let go of needing answers and search after Mystery with courage and curiosity. Walk the path with reverence but also with lightness, knowing that everything is always changing. Like the sages and visionaries before us, let us use the tools of yoga to purify our bodies, minds, and hearts so that we might live as conduits for the soul’s divine light.
May we each find the courage to surrender, to seek, and to be transformed. Until next time, may your journey be filled with grace, humility, simplicity and wonder.
