How do you portray a transforming society? In this talk with Seoyeon Ha and Aleksei Myslitskii from the Halle (Saale)-based film club «Wiederblick» we talk about the second installement of Peter Brosens Mongolia-Trilogy «State of Dogs» (1998). The artistic documentary brought the young film club once together – now we’re hearing from two members what makes the film aesthetically so interesting and why it’s politically so relevant, even today.
