When the Russian state attacked Ukraine four years ago, a lot of people had to flee the country. They found refugee in Europe, where they were granted protection in many countries. The solidarity they have experienced and the chances to build a new life during their exile has been different in every place, and the different national politics also mean that they have been faced with different levels of government support. Some of these people have gone to Grenoble, the partner city of Halle in France. During a research trip that Radio Corax undertook to Grenoble, Anastasiia met with a group of Ukrainian women to share their experience.
