A starry winter night sky, a passing thought — and a reason to celebrate.
In this edition of Club9, an imaginary birthday party unfolds for everyone born in February. The idea begins with a simple reflection: how remarkable it is to be here at all — to be born, to feel, to experience music, and sometimes, quietly, to be in love with life and with the people around.
For this gathering, the guest list forms freely: Nina Simone with her Bach-inspired improvisations, Gabriels, Hayato Sumino with Larghetto from his latest Chopin album, Arcadi Volodos playing Brahms, Daniel Barenboim with Piazzolla and Bryan Ferry being in the mood for love. Each piece becomes part of the evening, part of the shared space.
There is a bar, a dance floor — but above all, there is music that connects.
A small celebration.
A moment of attention.
A reminder.
Happy Birthday to all February-born and let’s meet at the bar down the road.
