FRD Collective

Emerging from the creative environment of Freiraum Dialog in Lienz, FRD Collective is an open platform for collaborative music production, experimentation and live performance.

Over the past year, the project has continued to evolve, exploring new directions between electronic music, ambient textures, dub aesthetics, spoken word and improvised sound design. Rather than following fixed structures, FRD Collective embraces a fluid approach where ideas, technologies and individual influences intersect.

The performance will feature a selection of new productions created throughout 2026, offering a glimpse into the collective’s current sonic landscape. Atmospheric, exploratory and occasionally unpredictable, the music reflects an ongoing process rather than a finished product.

FRD Collective invites listeners into a space where composition and improvisation meet, where machines and human intuition interact, and where sound remains an open conversation.
