First-hand opinions on second-hand goods (Partner Radios Podcast)

In this episode, the Radio Student team talked about second hand and fast fashion. Sara P spoke with Nidžara Mustafić about her second hand shop Mango Sticky Rice. Mustafić spoke about the importance of sustainable fashion and told us the principles by which she procures clothes. She also told us which generations shop most often in second-hand stores and explained how difficult it is to do this type of work in Croatia. Finally, she explained the ways in which sustainable fashion and ethics in fashion could be brought closer to people. Ivan, Sara S and Sara P talked about where they buy second hand clothes, what motivates them to this more sustainable way of buying and what are the advantages and disadvantages of second hand for the environment, finances and whether second hand shops are accessible to everyone. These questions were answered by a couple of interlocutors who shared their experiences with us.
