Willkommen im Pride Month 2023! Wie jedes Jahr wird der Juni genutzt um queere Menschen zu feiern, für ihre Rechte einzustehen und queerfeindliches Verhalten aufzuzeigen. Wie jedes Jahr bekommen wir auch 2023 die Frage zu hören, ob es den Pride Month denn noch brauche. In der heutigen Folge möchten wir deshalb über die Entstehungsgeschichte des Pride Months, die Bedeutung von Allyship und die leider immer noch traurige Notwendigkeit der PRIDE, vor allem hinsichtlich der aktuellen politischen Entwicklungen, sprechen.

Welcome to Pride Month 2023! Like every year, the month of June is a time to celebrate queer individuals, fight for their rights and stand in solidarity against queerphobic behaviour. Like every year, we still get asked the question whether this pride month is still needed. Therefore, we want to take this opportunity and talk about the development of the pride month, the meaning of Allyship and the unfortunate truth regarding the ever-present necessity of PRIDE, especially regarding the current political developments.

Dobrodošli v mesecu ponosa 2023! Kot vsako leto, junij izkoristimo za slavljenje queer ljudi, zavzemanje za njihove pravice in prikaz antiqueer vedenja. Kot vsako leto se nas tudi v letu 2023 poraja vprašanje, ali je Mesec ponosa še potreben. V današnji epizodi bi zato radi spregovorili o zgodovini meseca ponosa, pomenu zavezništva in žal še vedno žalostni nujnosti PRIDE-a, predvsem glede na aktualna politična dogajanja.
