This radio program is part of the youth project called Knowledgeable Youth: Science Communication in Times of War, organised by Eurozine in collaboration with RECET and Radio Orange, and funded by the Cultural Department of the City of Vienna. The program consists of four episodes, produced by Ukrainian youth groups who arrived in Vienna after the war.

More information about the project can be found under https://www.eurozine.com/focal-points/youth-project/

The first episode begins by introducing the youth project ‘Knowledgeable Youth’ and its collaborating partners. The Ukrainian youth group conducted interviews with the head of the Free People School & Educational Hub, who explained how this Ukrainian school was established in Vienna after the war. Additionally, students interviewed each other, sharing insights into their lives and diverse school experiences after arriving in Vienna as refugees. All the music featured in all three episodes was chosen by the Ukrainian students.

In this episode you will hear Linger by the Cranberries and Aphex Twin with Ageispolis.
