Why is it important to understand one another, care for each other—and still not forget ourselves?
Because cooking is a way to learn together, share experiences, take care of each other, and practice solidarity.

Cooking is my language of love, said Joy Alphonsus

That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome a very special guest:
Joy Alphonsus – nurse, actress, entrepreneur, mother of three – who also share insights about the inspiring Carnival of Connections.

Joy is a Nigerian living in Vienna, currently studying at the Academy of Fine Arts. She combines creativity, care, and resilience in her work—whether through storytelling, community building, or innovation.
