“How to Lose Weight”: With knowledge, it is easier to lose weight. 1) You have normal weight, and you wish to lose two kilos, permanently. There is a great way to do this. 2) You are overweight, and you wish to lose 15 kilos, no yo-yo. Possible, and the effort is neither extreme nor exceptional. 3) You are obese, and you wish to lose 40 kilos, no yo-yo. Also possible. As mentioned, with knowledge, it is easier to lose weight.
