What does LGBTIQ activism look like when led by those who face multiple forms of discrimination?

The panel “Strategies of LGBTIQ Activism – By and For Marginalised Groups” organized on June 6 2025 gathered activists from across marginalised queer communities in Vienna to share their experiences, challenges, and strategies.

Hosted by Afro Rainbow Austria (ARA), the panel featured voices from Trans Mutual Care Network, Initiative Trans Viel Freude, Têkoşîn LGBTIQ, and Afro Rainbow Austria.

This event is part of a collaboration between Têkoşîn LGBTIQ and Dschungel Wien, working to amplify and centre the voices of marginalised LGBTIQ communities.
